Gymnasts can be invited into a Advanced squad from KS2 onwards.

In this squad we will be working on core strength, flexibility and basic skills needed. Gymnasts will work towards the British Gymnastics grading scheme.

The Advanced Squad is for those gymnasts that will compete in regional and some prestigious invitational competitions. The girls train in an intense programme to enable the gymnasts to reach their maximum potential.

Our Advanced squad is for children and teenagers that are ready to progress their gymnastics to the next stage. Our novice gymnasts usually get the chance to participate in club competitions and events.
