We offer both women's artistic gymnastic (WAG) and male artistic gymnastics (MAG). Our gymnastics Squad system caters for a wide range of abilities.

Gymnasts that show potential will be invited to attend a trial or coach identification session. They are also open to accomplished gymnasts moving into the area from another club. In this case you will be invited to a trial to determine your level and placed in the most appropriate squad.

Our advanced recreational gymnastics classes are by selection only and consist of a group warm up and stretch. The gymnasts are then split into groups and rotate around the different gymnastics apparatus.

Our advanced recreational classes are for children and teenagers that are ready to progress their gymnastics to the next stage. Our advanced recreational gymnasts will get the chance to participate in club competitions and events.
