Gymnasts can be invited into a Novice squad from KS2 onwards.

In these classes we will be working on core strength, flexibility and basic skills needed. Gymnasts will work towards the British Gymnastics grading scheme.

They will be assessed regularly to monitor progress and encouraged children to practice skills at home to help with their development. The ability to listen to instructions, work with the team and perform in a competitive environment is very important.

Our novice squad is for children and teenagers that are ready to progress their gymnastics to the next stage. Our novice gymnasts usually get the chance to participate in club competitions and events.
